Simon Maryan is a critically acclaimed author, coach, psychologist and veteran Royal Marine.
Simon’s story is renowned worldwide due to his unique career as a Human Intelligence Operative and having survived three separate kidnappings.
As a sought after speaker and coach Simon has delivered talks and training for the FBI, UK Military, NYPD Hostage Negotiation Team, global banks and various departments of government.
Today Simon works to raise awareness and resources available for those suffering with mental health, with a particular focus on veterans and military personnel, co-founding mental health charity Icarus in 2017, and launching his “Resilience Connection” community at the start of 2025.
